The OXO butter dish was designed to be ergonomic while looking great on any dinner table. The OXO butter dish accommodates longer, slimmer sticks (the dominant shape east of the Rocky Mountains) as well as shorter, stouter sticks (commonly found out West). The design also offers basic functional features: easy grab points, rubber overmolded touchpoints, and temperature stabilizing platform material. The dish takes a mundane object and elevates it to a satisfying everyday home object.
