The HP Metal Jet System represents the first truly viable 3D technology for the industrial-scale production of metal parts. The end-to-end modular approach enables parts to travel between four stations — powder, print, cure, depowder — for continuous production in a detachable build unit so there’s no mess of handling loose metal powder. A customizable design allows evolution and scalability as customer needs change and grow. Developed over 5 years across Barcelona and US based design and engineering teams.
